Here we go again. http://strongangel.nga-earth.org is an interesting site. Using Microsoft's SSE (Simple Sharing Extensions), IDV Solutions has integrated data feeds from a variety of sources for display and interaction on a Virtual Earth map.

The beauty of SSE is that it breaks down the barriers between systems, networks and applications in a completely transparent way. You can read more at the link above, but essentially it enables bi-directional RSS feeds.
